Our editorial team and reviewer
The guidance on Company Rescue is written by our editorial desk and reviewed for accuracy by a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner before it goes live. We name the people responsible because in a regulated, high-stakes area you should know who stands behind the information. Our editors specialise in making complex insolvency rules clear and honest for worried directors, working only from primary UK sources such as the Insolvency Service, HMRC, Companies House and the legislation. Every page that gives guidance or runs a calculation is checked by a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, whose role is to make sure what we publish is accurate and properly caveated. We do not use anonymous or guest writers for our core guidance.
Company Rescue Desk
Our editorial desk researches and writes the guides, tools and data on this site, working from primary UK sources and to our editorial policy. The desk maintains the site and keeps pages current as the law and official figures change.
Licensed Insolvency Practitioner reviewer
Our guidance and calculator logic are reviewed by a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner before publication. The named reviewer and their IP number will be shown here at launch. Only a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner can act as a liquidator or administrator, and we introduce directors only to licensed practitioners. You can check any practitioner on the Insolvency Service register.
